Polyurea, which is commonly known as polyurea, is a kind of metalloic elastomer which is derived from a synthetic resin component and an isocyanic acid component during step-growth polymerization by chemosynthesis. The polyurea can be either aliphatic or aromatic in nature. Polyurea has many uses in different industries such as textiles, petroleum products, rubber and plastic industry etc. It is a solution which is used in a wide range of industries, but its main usage remains in the area of cosmetic manufacturing. Polyurea contains no volatile or poisonous organic compounds and does not include any carcinogens. It is also very popular for its anti-corrosion and fire retardant properties.

This method helps in the production of fine polyurea particles as fine grains.
